Willamette Valley Vineyards Wine Dinner – May 4

Posted on

Please join us on Wednesday, May 4 for our Special Wine Dinner featuring the organic and sustainable wines from Oregon’s Willamette Valley Vineyards. Founder Jim Bernau began planting grapes in 1983 with a passion to make Pinot Noir that would be a classic, elegant representation of the Willamette Valley growing region.  He also believed that wines made with consideration for the environment, employees and the community would taste better!  Jim has realized his dream as Wine Enthusiast Magazine named Willamette Valley Vineyards “One of America’s Great Pinot Noir Producers.” Our lineup of wines include a Chardonnay and two Pinot Noirs rated over “90” points.  Our host, Mandie Silver is a certified Wine Educator and a Culinary and Business School graduate.  She was recently involved in the Winter Dining Series at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and is always proud to showcase the evolution and style of the Oregon Vineyards.

Talbott Vineyards Special Wine Dinner Tonight!

Posted on

Robert and Audrey Talbott settled in Carmel, CA in 1950 and started the Robert Talbott Tie Co.  Today, Talbott clothing stores are everywhere and son Robb – in addition to running the clothing empire, operates a super successful winery specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir!  Please join TONIGHT when we sample three upscale Chardonnays and three Pinot Noirs from Talbott’s Central Coast Winery.

Although some of the selections are just released and as of yet un-rated, we have three wines that Robert Parker has scored over 90 points!  The Carlton has been a big supporter of Talbott wines for many years and I personally have consumed more of their Kali Hart Chardonnay (named for their daughter) than perhaps anyone else on the planet!  When you join us for this special Wine Dinner, you will understand the addictive qualities of their spectacular products!
