Collefrisio Vineyards & Winery Special Wine Dinner

It is always exciting to have an Italian winemaker and vineyard owner on hand to greet and charm our guests. On Friday evening, February 5, The Carlton will welcome Antonio Patricelli – our guest expert, third generation winemaker and Collefrisio vineyard owner – who hails from the hills of Frisia in the Abruzzo region of Italy! For this, our second special event of 2016, Chef Simon has created a fabulous menu for our Italian Wine Dinner featuring Collefrisio wines – three are rated 90 points and above!
