d0eee340-37b3-449a-b356-9c9a1f802aa2Please join us on Wednesday, November 16 at 6:30 p.m. when we sample some of the best and highly rated Champagnes of the World!

This is a perfect opportunity to compare the 2004 vintages of Dom Perignon and Veuve Clicquot well complemented by Chef Simon’s cuisine!

This is not an inexpensive dinner. The Dom Perignon retails at $171 per bottle and the Krug Grande Cuvee costs us $167! But, I have never been able to compare and contrast some of the great Champagnes from the world’s finest producers in the context of one dinner!

As an added bonus, you can stock up for the holiday season and purchase your favorite Champagnes!

Here is the exciting menu we created just for you!

Dom DelBene has been the heartbeat of The Carlton for the past 28 years. The familiar face and rock behind our bar, Dom has wowing guests with his unbelievable recall of drink preferences and his overall superior level of hospitality. Many of you have been asking about Dom – wondering about his surgery and recovery and asking about when he might return. Dom’s open heart surgery in July was successful but not without complications. He has been re-hospitalized twice since his initial release and his recovery is going much slower than anticipated. We do not yet know a date for his return. The slower recovery has certainly been a financial burden on him and his family. Additionally, his wife Michele has had to miss much work during this difficult time.

Today, we are setting up a Go Fund Me – Dominic DelBene Recovery Fund – page to assist Dom and his family during this difficult time. If you feel inclined to help – even in a very small way – we would be very grateful.
