On Thursday, March 8 we welcome back John Sarich, Culinary Director of Chateau Ste. Michelle, to The Carlton to present a “Best of Washington State” Wine Dinner. This dinner will showcase award winning wines from five different vineyards in Washington State!

Ten wines will be sampled, six with Wine Spectator ratings better than 90 points, from Chateau Ste. Michelle, Snoqualmie, North Star, Columbia Crest and Spring Valley Winery!

Great wines from Washington State often get overlooked or lost on a domestic wine list. This is opportunity to sample some of Washington’s best while paired to exquisite cuisine.
