<p><a href="http://tinyurl.com/6uhzdyn ">Leading Education &amp; Advocacy for Families (LEAF)</a> is a non-profit corporation which<strong> </strong>provides free services to families with special needs children (birth to 21) across the Southwestern Pennsylvania area including but not limited to educational assistance with developing and implementing <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Individualized_Education_Program">IEPs</a> or specially designed instruction, direction toward community resources and liaison with medical services. They have assisted countless families in getting their children the best care, therapy, and services available.
