Our goal is simple, we want to win you as a customer so that you return again and again.

Fresh Creole rubbed Mahi wood grilled and served over Rice Pilaf with Crab-Lobster
Etouffee, Smoked Paprika-Chili Oil and Bell Pepper Confetti.

AHI TUNA
Fresh Wasabi & Panko crusted Ahi seared rare and served with Scallion Basmati, Napa
Slaw, Yuzu-Agave Vinaigrette, Pickled Ginger and Macadamia.

BBQ PORK
Tender slow roasted Pulled Pork served on Cornbread with BBQ Sauce,
Three Cabbage Slaw and Sweet Potato Fries.

TALAPIA

MEAT LOAF
Tender Herb seasoned Meatloaf slow roasted and served over Buttermilk Biscuit with
Whipped Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Guiness Gravy and Gruyere Cheese.

SCALLOP RISOTTO
Rich, creamy Aborio Rice tossed with Smoked Salmon, Capers and Tomatoes.  Served with
seared Jumbo Sea Scallops, Garlic Aioli and Tomato-Basil Lobster Butter.

MARYLAND CRABCAKES
Tender Jumbo Lump Crabcakes pan seared and served with herb Julienne Vegetables,
Dijon Mustard Cream, Whipped Potatoes and Rosemary.

CARLTON BURGER
Eight ounce burger charcoal grilled to order and served with Pepperjack Cheese,
Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Angel Hair Onions, BBQ Mayonnaise and Cajun Fries.

CHICKEN TRENNE
Pulled Chicken breast tossed with Roast Tomatoes, Squash, Cremini Mushrooms,
Trenne Pasta (triangular Penne), Parmesan and Cream.

SHORT RIB & LAMB PASTA
Tender slow roasted Beef Short Ribs & Lamb meaballs tossed with Tomatoes,
