The timeless battle between good and evil is brought to life in this story of one good man’s demise! The Indiana University of Pennsylvania Music Department perform an annual grand concert including Wind Ensemble, Opera Theater, Trombone Choir, Keystone Winds, and pianist, Henry Wong Doe. The evening begins with a dessert reception at 6:30 p.m. and concludes with the IUP Marching Band.

Rodgers & Hammerstein’s SOUTH PACIFIC
Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010 – Sunday, November 7th, 2010 at the Benedum Center see what The New York Times calls, “A flawless production!”

Free Friday Walking Tours. A one-hour guided walking tour focusing on the major historic buildings and modern skyscrapers on Grant Street is a great way to spend your Friday. With its concentration of major historic buildings and modern skyscrapers, Grant Street is downtown Pittsburgh’s showcase thoroughfare. A section of Grant Street, between Forbes and Seventh Avenues, is part of the Pittsburgh Central Downtown National Register Historic District, which also includes significant buildings west of Grant Street.
