Cherish the Ladies. Monday, May 3rd at the Byham Theatre don’t miss one of the most engaging ensembles in the history of Irish music, having grown from a one-time concert concept to an Irish traditional music sensation. Critics and audiences alike agree that Cherish the Ladies has become the most successful and sought-after Irish-American group in Celtic music. Young Frankenstein. Don’t miss Young Frankenstein Tuesday, May 4th-9th at the Benedum Center. You’ll have a great time at this spectacular new production by Mel Brooks, winner of the 2008 Outer Critics Circle Award for BEST MUSICAL! This legend follows young Dr. Frankenstein as he attempts to create a monster. Head over to the Carlton Restaurant before the show for dinner and a free limo ride to the show!

Free Friday Walking Tours. A one-hour guided walking tour focusing on the major historic buildings and modern skyscrapers on Grant Street is a great way to spend your Friday. With its concentration of major historic buildings and modern skyscrapers, Grant Street is downtown Pittsburgh’s showcase thoroughfare. A section of Grant Street, between Forbes and Seventh Avenues, is part of the Pittsburgh Central Downtown National Register Historic District, which also includes significant buildings west of Grant Street.
