Prime RibEnjoying slow roasted Prime Rib of Beef on a Saturday night is a dining tradition that just never gets old! Rarely cooked at home, Prime Rib is seldom found on restaurant menus in 2014.

We have been a little guilty of that at The Carlton the last few years. Guests that have enjoyed it for most of our almost thirty years of operation have expressed disappointment when they dined at The Carlton on a Saturday night only to find it not one of the features from our daily changing menu.

Responding to your comments we are happy to issue a guarantee that from now on you will always find it featured on our Saturday evenings. To kick off Prime Rib Saturdays we will offer our Prime Rib Dinner with Roast Garlic Whipped Potatoes and Baby Carrots for $29.99 through the end of September 2014. Join us with your friends and family on Saturdays and pass along a dining tradition that is definitely worth preserving!
