For over 30 years, Joe has provided his expertise to restaurateurs and wine connoisseurs connecting each to fine vintages from all over the world. We will feature a superb menu from Chef Simon paired with five special organic vintages that have been sustainably farmed and are from small family owned and operated wineries.
