On Fri. Sept. 24, participate in a strolling Wine Tasting event where you help us select new offerings to place on our Wine List. The tasting is from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and costs $49! Accompanied by great Hor’s D’oeuvres and with our new Wine Library as a backdrop, several vendors will be pouring up to 50 different selections with your votes determining what makes our new Wine List!
Incidentally, when you ask for a Wine List at The Carlton, instead of receiving our 45 page Captain’s Book, it is now presented on an easy to navigate iPad! But if you are like me, you will shop our new Wine Library in the middle dining room, taking your selection directly back to your table! Both are new, unique features of The Carlton that you will not find elsewhere in our region!
Join us on Friday, October 1, as we welcome back Stan “the Wine Man” Lalic to The Carlton as he presents his next “Best of Italy” Wine Dinner. Stan has pulled out all the stops for his first dinner in our new digs!
All of the wines for this evening are Tre Bicchieri Award Winning Wines – comparable to a 95+ rated Wine in the United States! Less than 1% of all Italian Wines rated ever receive this designation – so these are truly the best of “the best!” Friday evening dinners with Stan are a tradition that we hope will continue at The Carlton for many years to come!
