On Friday, March 11, we welcome the return of Lynn Apple as she hosts a very special Chateau St. Jean Wine Dinner! If you enjoy great wine that has been aged, this is the dinner for you!
We will sample four vintages of Chateau St. Jean Cinq Cepages – the 2000 vintage which rated “90”, the 1995 vintage – which rated “93”, the 1999 vintage – which rated “95” and the 1997 vintage – which earned “96” points! In one of three comparison courses you will enjoy the 1997 Sonoma County Merlot next to the current vintage. Come and join the fun!
