This dinner is a “Barbaresco Smackdown” featuring six wines made from the Nebbiolo grape competing for your attention and perfectly matched to Chef Simon’s cuisine. If you enjoy Pinot Noir, this is a dinner for you! Stan describes Barbaresco as “Pinot Noir on steroids!”
